INDICATIONS:
DOCTAM AD3E is a broad spectrum antiparasitic against endoparasites and ectoparasites of bovines, sheep and pigs.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:
The Doramectin in the product potentiates the neuronal inhibitory action in the central nervous cord of parasites that is mediated by Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA). These medications stimulate the presynaptic release of GABA and / or its connection to postsynaptic receptors. Activation of GABA energetic receptors opens the chlorine channel, hyperpolarizing the neuron and therefore inhibiting nerve transmission. This action results in flaccid paralysis and elimination of the parasite.

The vitamin A in the product helps the formation and maintenance of teeth, soft and bone tissues, mucous membranes and skin. It is also known as retinol since it generates pigments necessary for the functioning of the retina. It is also required for efficient reproduction and lactation.
It has an influence on the hepatic glycogen deposits and on lipid metabolism, mainly on the synthesis of cholesterol.

The vitamin D3 in the product stimulates the absorption of calcium. It promotes the growth and formation of teeth, is an efficient immunomodulator and has a positive effect on metabolism, health and fertility; its supplementation is necessary in pregnant females, lactating and / or lactating animals and developing animals.
